About the Event

What is Gold Bowl?

The AFLE Gold Bowl is the AFLE Championship Game — the highlight of the league's inaugural season and the pinnacle of European franchise football. Gold stands for excellence, for the best, and for the ultimate goal every team works towards from day one of the season. Designed to become the most important game in European American football, the Gold Bowl brings the two best teams of the season onto a single stage to compete for the title of AFLE Champion.

The AFLE Gold Bowl is more than just a name. It represents the moment every team, every player, and every fan is working towards. But above all, this game is about giving something back to the fans who make European football what it is.
Moritz Heisler · Managing Director & COO, AFLE
