A: Every week, one top game will air on SPORT1, either on Saturday or Sunday.

Q: Will all AFLE games be broadcast on SPORT1?
A: No, SPORT1 broadcasts one top game per week on free-to-air TV. All other games can be followed via our streaming partner. More details to follow shortly.

Q: Which AFLE games will be broadcast on SPORT1?
A: You can find out which games will be broadcast throughout the season in the SPORT1 TV schedule as well as on our social media channels.

Q: Will the playoff games and the AFLE Gold Bowl 2026 also be broadcast on SPORT1?
A: Yes. One playoff game as well as the AFLE Gold Bowl 2026 will air on SPORT1.

Q: Who will be commentating on the games on SPORT1?
A: SPORT1 and the AFLE are working with experienced commentators. You’ll find out who exactly will be on the mic in the week leading up to each game.

Q: Will there be pre-game shows or additional formats around the AFLE?
A: Each live broadcast will start a few minutes before kickoff. The broadcasts will also be complemented by digital content and editorial coverage.

Q: In which language are the games broadcast on SPORT1?
A: On SPORT1, the AFLE airs in German. An English-language broadcast will be available via our streaming partner. More details to follow shortly.
