Multiple All-Star David Rauter remains a Viking

The Vienna Vikings have confirmed that offensive lineman David Rauter will remain with the team for the first the American Football League Europe season. Rauter was already included on the list of committed players, as he is under a multi-year contract with the Vikings.

Over the past years, Rauter has established himself as one of the top offensive linemen in Europe. He earned multiple First Team All-Star selections, underlining his quality and reliability in protecting the quarterback and supporting the running game.

Keeping Rauter on the roster is especially important as quarterback Ben Holmes is also staying with the team. Holmes delivered strong performances in the last two seasons, and his good chemistry with the offensive line remains a key factor for the Vikings’ offense.
