London Warriors sign veteran Niall Scott-Grant

The London Warriors continue to strengthen their defensive roster, signing homegrown veteran Niall Scott-Grant. Scott-Grant brings a remarkable career of experience and an impressive trophy cabinet to the Warriors ahead of their inaugural AFLE season.

A well-travelled career across Europe and beyond

Scott-Grant has built his career across a wide range of leagues and countries, gaining experience in Germany, Russia, Finland and the United Kingdom as well as spending time at Southeastern Oklahoma State University in the United States. His previous clubs include the London Warriors, Dresden Monarchs, Potsdam Royals, Moscow Black Storm and Turku Trojans, giving him one of the most varied and extensive resumes of any player in the league.

A serial winner

What makes Scott-Grant’s profile truly stand out is his winning record. Over the course of his career he has claimed seven championship titles, including five UK national championships, a Russian championship and a GFL title. That kind of pedigree and winning mentality is invaluable for a first-year franchise looking to establish a culture from day one.

With Scott-Grant on board, the London Warriors add a battle-hardened and championship-proven veteran to their defensive group as they prepare for their debut season in 2026.
